Yes, it is safe. All payments are made via encrypted and secure connections. The data is passed directly to the institutes prepared for the transaction (eg Banca Sella and PayPal), none of these data is stored by us.

Where do you deliver?

In Italy and in the countries of the European Union, you will find all the information on the Shipping costs page

I haven't received the goods yet, how long does it take?

Usually the shipment in Italy takes a maximum of 2 working days, and a maximum of 3 days for the major islands. It may take several days for disadvantaged locations.

For all European Union countries, shipping takes from 2 to 4 days, except in exceptional cases, shipping always takes place by land.

Which couriers do you ship with?

We select the best Italian couriers to deliver as quickly as possible and according to the type of goods. We use: DHL, GLS, BRT, SDA and Poste Italiane

            What is the status of my order?

As soon as the goods are ready for shipment you will receive an order fulfillment confirmation email and then as soon as the goods are shipped you will receive the shipment confirmation email containing the traceability link that can be used to check the status of your order online.

It's been a long time, has my package been lost?

              If you do not receive the goods within 48 hours of receiving our email, please contact our customer service at customer@pastificiogiannobile.it

Return and refund.

The goods are damaged, what should I do?

We have selected the best couriers precisely to avoid cases of damage or breakage, but if this should happen, please sign the package delivered by the courier with reserve and write to us immediately at clienti@pastificiogiannobile.it.
